DripTech Connect Products
For all DripTech Connect products, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $150, regardless of how many items you order.
Local delivery: Free
Pickup: Available at our warehouse
Alternative shipping: Customers are welcome to contact us if you require different shipping arrangements or would like us to explore a better pricing option
Please note that DripTech Connect products are assembled in batches, and dispatch can take 1–2 weeks depending on availability.

Orders under $100: $15 standard shipping

Fibreglass Tanks
Shipping is included for all fibreglass tanks.
Depot collection: Free collection available from depots in any major city.
6x4x3 & 8x4x3 tanks: Delivered via taillift offload to your driveway or curbside. Contact us if you require a specialised delivery or if the tank cannot be left unattended.
Larger tanks: Delivered via Hiab (crane truck)
Alternative shipping: Reach out if you’d like to discuss different delivery arrangements or pricing options.
Regional Orders
A regional surcharge may apply for customers living outside major metro areas.
If you live in a regional area, we encourage you to contact us so we can provide the best shipping options and accurate pricing
Order Processing Times
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Occasionally, depending on order timing or stock availability, dispatch may take up to one week.
In the rare event of a stock discrepancy, we will notify you with an estimated completion date and give you the option to cancel. If partial fulfillment is possible, we will ship available items immediately.
