Location: Deer Park, VIC (Work From Home Available)
Pay: From $25/hour (up to $35/hour with progression)
Hours: Casual / Part-time (Flexible – potential for full-time)


About the Role

Driptech is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable team member to support procurement, product data management, and backend operations. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, systems, and working across multiple areas of a growing business.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our product listings, purchasing, and inventory processes running smoothly—while also contributing creatively to how products are presented and developed within the growing Driptech Connect range.

This is an evolving role within a growing business, offering the opportunity to take on greater responsibility over time and potentially progress into a management position.


Key Responsibilities

  • Listing new products based on supplier price lists

  • Copying and managing product data between Shopify, Xero, and our ERP system

  • Creating and placing purchase orders with suppliers

  • Following up with suppliers regarding orders, lead times, and availability

  • Tracking orders across systems to ensure timely delivery

  • Ensuring stock and materials are ordered in advance to support operations

  • Assisting with product organisation, categorisation, and pricing updates

  • Supporting general data entry and backend system maintenance

  • Liaising with warehouse, tank manufacturing, sales, and office teams

  • Assisting with basic product content creation using AI tools

  • Using basic graphic design tools to support product listings (where required)

  • Supporting product sourcing and contributing ideas to expand and refine the Driptech Connect range

  • Assisting with basic SketchUp/CAD work to help confirm designs with suppliers, training will be provided.


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Ability to work across multiple systems and tasks

  • Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and basic software

  • Good written and verbal English (for copy review and team communication)

  • Ability to follow processes and work independently once trained

  • A proactive mindset – able to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute ideas


Bonus (Not Required, But Valued)

  • Experience with Shopify, Xero, or ERP systems

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva or similar)

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content or productivity

  • Interest in e-commerce, product sourcing, or aquariums

  • Willingness to assist with sales or customer-facing tasks


Language Advantage

  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking candidates will be highly regarded

  • Candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese may be eligible for a higher starting rate, depending on proficiency and ability to support supplier communication
